2. UX Designer at SellerCrowd - Full-time or Remote

Job Description:

  • We're hiring our company's first full-time designer to shape new features and products from idea to launch. This is a full-time, remote position. Work from wherever you'd like!
  • SellerCrowd is an anonymous Q&A forum for salespeople. Our thousands of paying members come from publishers and tech companies in the advertising world (NYTimes, WaPo, GOOG, Spotify, etc.). They use our product a little like Fb - keeping on open tab on their desktop all day and chatting with their peers from across the industry about contacts, RFPs, and general sales nonsense.
  • Because we're a forum, we keep a very open dialogue with our members. They ask for features and we work hard to deliver.
  • That's where you come in. Ideally you've been designing successful consumer-oriented products for the last several+ years. Visual design is clearly important, but we need you to be an obsessive savant with UX. Please have plenty of examples of complex requirements that you've made simple, easy and functional. **Huge bonus points if you've successfully incorporated game elements into community applications**.
  • Also - and this is hugely important - you must be comfortable working in a remote environment. Our entire team works remote - from such wonderful places as Turkey, Ukraine, Nepal, Brazil, Idaho, Florida, etc.
